Yes. You pay once for your website. There are no required monthly website fees. Optional add-ons like support or hosting can be added separately if you choose.
Will my domain be registered in my name?
Yes. Your domain can be registered in your name. For convenience, we typically manage domain registration during the first year as part of the setup. If you prefer full ownership from day one, we can register the domain under your account or assist with a transfer after launch.
Can I make changes to my website later?
Absolutely. Your site is built with WordPress and Elementor, making it easy to update text, images, and pages anytime. Optional support is available if you prefer help.
What if I want to add more pages later?
Additional pages up to a maximum of 2 can be added for a flat rate of $99 per page to selected packages only. If your project grows significantly, we’ll recommend the option that makes the most sense to ensure the best structure, value, and long-term flexibility.
Do you provide hosting and domain registration?
Hosting and domain registration are typically handled by you so you retain full ownership. For convenience, we include domain registration, web hosting, and Elementor for the first year to help you get launched quickly. After the first year, you can renew these directly or have us assist with the transition.

Do you include IDX or MLS listings?
IDX/MLS listings are not included with our standard website packages. However, real estate websites can be built with IDX-ready layouts so search functionality can be added later if needed.
Can you integrate IDX search into my website?
Yes. IDX integration is available as an advanced add-on for real estate agents and brokers who already have an IDX provider and MLS approval. This service includes installing and connecting the IDX plugin and placing search and results pages. IDX subscriptions, MLS approval, and vendor fees are handled directly by the agent or broker.
